In short

This site sets no cookies, contains no forms and sells nothing. It does not ask for, and does not need, any personal data in order to be read.

Audience measurement

To know which pages are read, the site counts its own visits, on its host and without any third-party service. It sets no cookie and stores no IP address: only the page viewed, the referring site, the country, the type of device and an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. Clicks on purchase links are counted the same way. These figures are kept for three months and seen only by the publisher. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, nothing is counted. No consent banner is therefore needed.

Correspondence

If you write to us at apollo.dionysus.editions [at] gmail.com, your address and message are used only to reply to you. They are kept for as long as the correspondence requires, and at most three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Hosting

Like any web host, Cloudflare, Inc. may record technical connection data (such as IP addresses) in its server logs, for security purposes and under its own privacy policy.

Purchases

Books are bought on third-party sites (Amazon, Google Play and others). Your purchase is governed by the terms and privacy policy of the bookseller you choose; we receive none of your personal data.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may request access to, correction or deletion of any data concerning you, or object to its use, by writing to apollo.dionysus.editions [at] gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL, cnil.fr).
